The Developmental Guidelines of Strategy for Schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 19

Abstract
This research is aimed to: 1)study the elements and indicators of guideline for strategic management for schools under jurisdiction of the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 19, 2) study the current and preferred condition for the strategic management for schools under jurisdiction of the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 19, 3) develop the guideline for the strategic management for schools under jurisdiction of the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 19. Sample group was included school administrators and teachers under jurisdiction of the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 19. Stratified and simple sampling methods were used by school size. The school sizes and subject numbers were classified as follows: extra-large (n=110), large (n=38), medium (n=162), and small (n=99). Research tools were the questionnaires on current conditions, current problems, and preferred conditions in strategic management for schools under jurisdiction of the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 19. The tools were the estimated scales with overall confidence level at 0.98. Data analysis was on mean, standard deviation, and PNI modify. Survey was also conducted on ten experts to verify the data by contents analysis.
