    Abstract
    The purposes of this study were 1) to study the current condition of internal quality assurance system problems and 2) to find the Guidelines for internal quality assurance system of the schools. The research design was Research and Development (R&D). The sample group consisted of school administrators and teachers from 63 schools of 126 where weren’t certificated by the Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment in the third time. The samples were selected by perspective sampling. The research instruments were 1) 67 items of rating scale questionnaire with 5 choices. The study of current condition showed the item discrimination value at 0.21-0.86 and the reliability at 0.09. And the study of the problem condition showed the item discrimination at 0.20-0.60 and reliability at 0.81. 2) interviews are structured 3) guided development evaluation for internal quality assurance system of the schools under the office of Roi-Et primary education service area 2. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, and standardization.
