  • The Development of The Internal Supervision Model of Teaching for Teachers Under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area 3

      Abstract
    The research is intended to 1) study the elements and indicators for supervision of teaching for teachers, under the jurisdiction of the Primary Education Area 3, 2) study the present condition, preferred conditions of the supervision of teaching and learning of the  teachers, under the jurisdiction of the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Education Service Area 3, 3) develop a model for supervision of teaching and learning for teachers, , under the jurisdiction of the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Education Service Area 3. The operations consisted of three stages. Phase 1 Study of elements and indicators of supervision, analysis, synthesis and composition metrics for supervision from related documents and research. Verification received from five experts. Phase 2 Study of the current condition and desirable conditions for the supervision of teaching and learning for teachers, under the jurisdiction of the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Education Service Area 3. Sample was included school administrators, and teachers in the area. Stratified sampling method was used on schools, by a 20 Percent sample size which were from 38 schools x 2 people for each with a total of 76 people.  Phase 3 was to build a model of supervision of teaching and learning for teachers, under the jurisdiction of the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Education Service Area 3. By analyzing the needs on model development. Next was study of guidelines for supervision by interviewing of school administrators and teachers involved in supervision as the model supervision (Best Practice) from three schools with three people for each with a total of 9 people. Verification was confirmed by seven experts and trial of the model on sample group. The research found that:
