Leadership Development Program to Enhancing the Effectivenessness of the Management Private Education, Lower Northeastern Region

ABSTRACT
This research were to :  1.The component  and indicator of Leadership  at enhancement 2) to study the current situation and need for developing of Leadership  aimed to enhancement , administrator of the Private education lower northeastern region  3) to study Construction  development of enhancement the administrator of Private schools lower northeastern region. The research was Research & Development into 3 phase: Phase 1 examine factor and indicator of administrator of Private schools. Phase 2 to study the current situation and need for developing of Leadership aimed at enhancement administrator of the Private education lower northeastern region administrators, Study population and samples consisted of 330 was used with school administrators and teachers Private schools lower northeastern region, selected by simple random sampling, The statistic using for data analysis included the percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
