  • Current and Desirable Situations of the Teachers Competencies in Learning Management in the School Under the Jurisdiction of Nakhon Ratchasima Office of  Primary Educational Service Area 7

    Abstract
    The purposes of this research were: 1) to study elements and indicators of teacher competencies in learning management who worked in the schools under the jurisdiction of Nakhonrachasima Office of Primary Education Service Area 7, 2) to study the current and desirable conditions of teacher competencies in learning managementin the schools under the jurisdiction of Nakhonrachasima Primary Education Service Area Office  7.. Sample groups were included school administrators and teachers. Proportional stratified random sampling and simple sampling methods were used. The subjects were 159 administrators and 331 teachers. Data collection tool was questionnaire on current conditions and desirable conditions by respondents in the schools under the jurisdiction of Nakhonrachasima Primary Education Service AreaOffice  7. The tool was estimated scale and interview type. Descriptive statistics was used which included: frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation.
